Hello. I requested a refund for this trip, as the trip was from Zwolle to Kampen and the terminal did not work and I could not attach the card to get out of Ns. Now this amount of 20 euros has been added to my account for December. I have already made a refund for this trip and everything was approved for me. But these 20 euros were added to the new check again. What should I do about it? I'm a poor refugee, I don't even have enough for food if I pay 75 euros))));

I recommend contacting customer service by phone, chat or social media about this. They can check the current status and what is going to be charged.
