Fout bij bankoverschrijving

Good afternoon, 

yesterday I ordered an online e-ticket but I think there was some mistake in the connection with my bank as I haven’t received any email of confirmation of this transaction or any e-ticket in my NS app . Than I had to buy another ticket which I paid from my other bank account to avoid this faut and the first faut payment hasn’t been refunded to me.

could you please help me ?
