On the 30th of December I got into Roosendaal station and waited for a very long time, but all the trains I could take got cancelled due to a collision, so I checked out and gave up on travelling. Still I see today on my NS Business card, 20 euros discounted as if I didn’t checkout, even though it still shows the check in and out times and places. Is there any way to get this money back? If I’m not able to solve this soon, my account will be cancelled from moving jobs and I will not be able to get my money back.
