Hi. I have a subscription for a Nx flex Dal Voordeel, that should grant a 40% discount on tickets in off-peak hours. Today I’ve bought a train ticket through ns app but it was no longer possible to select the off-peak discount as I’ve always done before. The train was about to live so I had to buy the ticket full price. Do you think it could be possible to have a money refund? How can I buy the discounted tickets now? Maybe there has been a change in the system, but now I don’t understand how it works. Thank you!
