Hello 2 weeks ago,I got the my personal card.Then in my ns I purchased ns flex dal voordel package.There was a discount for 3 months.This package is including % 40 discount on the weekend.Last weekend,we travelled between alkmaar and castricum.It got the full payment(3,5 euro). I think ıt should be % 40 discount.

You probably didn't load the subscription on your OV-chipcard at an OV-chipcard machine. Only when it is loaded on your card you will get the discount. To load it on your card, go to a machine and choose “Ophalen bestelling (collect order)”.
