over an invoice for a subscription that I didnot purchase

For whom it may concern,

 

I am Mustafa Haj Hmidi. I would like to inform you that I have received an email that I have to pay 44.98 for a subscription that I didn't apply for or choose, knowing that currently I have absolutely no subscription. And that the amount will be conducted from my bank automatically on the 6th of May. 

 

I kindly request you to not deduce any amount and to cancel any subscriptions if present.

You should contact customer service directly for this. Apart from phone or chat, you can also contact them by sending a message on Twitter or Facebook. Perhaps one of those options works best for you.
